About Brasserie De Goesting
We are Stijn and Luc, two entrepreneurs with a great passion for the hospitality industry. From a young age, we were out on the floor and in the kitchen. Here, we gained experience in various kitchens and hospitality businesses across the region. Those years shaped us and taught us what really matters: quality, personal attention and a pleasant atmosphere.
In 2023, we were given the opportunity to take over a restaurant in Molenschot, and so Goesting Molenschot was born. ‘Goesting’ is a typical Flemish and Brabant word meaning ‘to have an appetite for’ or ‘to fancy’. The perfect name, then!
We seized this opportunity with both hands. Since then, we have been working every day to build a place where a village atmosphere and hospitality take centre stage. A place where regulars feel at home and where you feel at home straight away.
